The ShopSphere platform, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is and will remain the exclusive property of ShopSphere and its licensors. Your use of our Services does not grant you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to your store. However, by using our Services, you grant ShopSphere a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

We are committed to protecting your data. Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) regarding the collection and use of your customers’ data through your store.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopSphere, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Site.
